How Our Service Works
Drop-Off Location
You drive to the designated terminal drop-off area, where we’ll meet you at a pre-selected time. We’ll have sent you a video showing exactly where to find us at each terminal we operate from. We work exclusively around your travel plans.
Handover & Tracker
Once we meet, you hand over the keys and we place a tracker in your car. While your keys are with us, you’ll have access to our portal so you can track your car’s journey home and check its location at any time throughout the service.
We Drive Your Car Home
We take your car straight to your home address.
As soon as it’s secure, we send you:
- Photos of your car safely at home
- A photo of the mileage
- A photo of paid charges (drop-off charges)
In most cases, these photos reach you before you’ve even started your journey — so you can switch off, relax, and focus on your trip without any worries.
Your Car Stays At Home
While you’re away, your car stays exactly where it belongs — secure at home, not in a busy car park.
Pick-Up When You Return
On your return, we collect your car from your home and bring it back to the terminal drop-off point — usually the same place that we left you.
